Norton 40 Finding Sources
When looking on the web, use google or yahoo, type in your term. Look at the Wiki, see if the topic has any
references, and look to those references, not the Wiki itself.
Look at government or university web sites.
Don't forget the databases available through the library.
Don't use online encyclopedias, or cliff notes, or short cuts for students. Don't use other student's essays
online at those sites who sell them.
For your papers requiring sources, if you are afraid it won't be considered credible, email it to me and I will
look it over and let you know.
